Honorable Marcus Clark, Judge WILLIAMS, Judge The defendant, Benny Ward, appeals a judgment partitioning community property. The defendant contends that he is entitled to reimbursement from his former spouse, Belinda Ward, for payment of community debts. The trial court found that neither party made a claim for reimbursement. For the following reasons, we amend and affirm as amended.
