The issue to be decided on this appeal is whether the trial court properly granted a judgment n. o. v.*fn1 for the defendants after a jury verdict finding the defendant-vendors liable to the plaintiff-vendees for the innocent misrepresentations of the defendants' agent. The Court has thoroughly reviewed the record under the standards required in an appeal from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and we conclude that the lower court's decision should be affirmed.
